All items are brand new and in good condition, unless stated otherwise.
Prices are fixed, hence no negotiation please..:)
Prices are exclusive of postage fees (which is borne by buyers).
All goods sold for confirmed orders are not refundable and exchangeable.
No changing or cancellation of order is allowed after payment is received.
We will not be responsible for any loss and damage of items during delivery.
Due to minimum stock, availability of items will be based on ‘first come first serve’ basis and payment for the items.
Re-stocking of item(s) which is on high demand would be dependent on the availability of that particular item(s) by our supplier.
We reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions on our site at any point of time, as we deem necessary.
By using this site, we deemed that you are agreeable to our terms and conditions.
Please note that we only allow 3 days for the items to be place under “reserved” status. In the event if payment is not made within 3 days, your “reserved” items will be placed back on our site for sale.
Payment
When you orders are confirmed, please make payment to us within 3 business days. In the event we do not receive payment for the “ordered” goods, your order will be cancelled and the good(s) will be placed on our site for sale.
Delivery
All items from our store will be wrapped in bubble wrap.
Our delivery days are on every Wednesdays and Saturdays, Hence, orders received will be delivered on the nearest delivery days. Please allow us a period of 3 working days to facilitate the delivery of your goods.
Delivery rates
We use Pos Express and the rates are as follows:-
i. RM2.50 envelope -> fits up to 100gm of goods
ii. RM3.00 envelope -> fits up to 250gm of goods
